Route 1: Cai Be- Sa Dec – Can Tho

11h00: We board Le Cochinchine boat and enjoy welcome drink. Le Cochinchine starts cruising to Cai Thia while lunch is served on boat.
In the afternoon, we disembark for a lovely cycling excursion on the bank of the peninsula browsing several verdant villages, visiting of the gardens and orchards, local houses and meeting with people and getting insight into Delta life.  We will then visit Cao Dai temple on the way to My thuan. Embarking the cruise, we continue towards Sa Decthat is a town in Dong Tháp Province in the Mekong Delta of southern Vietnam. It is a river port and agricultural and industrial trading center. During the Vietnam War in 1966 and 1967, it was the site of an American PBR Patrol Boat, River base. It’s famous with one of the biggest flower village in Vietnam. Here, we visit the lively Sa Dec food market and primary school headed by Magueritte Duras and take a walk along the village path and get yourself acquaintance with rural activities as farmers farm their fields: rice fields, and vegetable farms, fish farms. Back to the Le Cochinchine for a cruise down stream. Relax on boat while sipping an aperitif.

Day 2 – Cai Be Cruise Trip to Can Tho via Sa Dec by RV Le Cochinchine : Cai Thia cruising tour to Vinh Long and then towards Tra On (B/L/D)

Breakfast on the Le Cochinchine on the Mekong. We will then visit Binh Hoa Phuoc Island that has four communes, including An Binh, Binh Hoa Phuoc, Hoa Ninh, and Dong Phu in Long Ho District. The island covers an area of about 6,000ha. Its soil is fertile and rice, and there is fresh water and fruit trees. Several fruit orchard are opened to the public and walk through the islets, sampling native fruits viewing local handicraft production and meet the local people. You will be transferred to a local boat for an extensive visit of Cai Be – the floating market, the mazes of waterway, local pop-rice and sweet products.
Beside that, you will visit old houses, delightful flower gardens and local coconut candy and rice paper manufacturers and cruise to Co Chien while enjoying Lunch on board. Disembark for a deeper exploration to the local village; we take a walk on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people’s activities, visiting a cottage industry, a local farm and sample seasonal fruits.
Boarding back, we have complimentary drink as a welcome back on board; you are free to rest on the deck enjoying the sunset. The crew will serve dinner while the Le Cochinchine is cruising Mang Thit river.

Day  3 – Cai Be Cruise Trip to Can Tho via Sa Dec by RV Le Cochinchine: Tra On cruising tour to Can Tho  (B)

Breakfast on the Le Cochinchine Cruise. The morning bobbling commotion of Mekong river life comes to life for another lovely day. Our boat set sails to Can Tho through tributary and canals. Transfer to Cai Rang where we visit one of the most bustling floating markets on Mekong River. We go for a walk along the canals and the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards, ship building yards, rural and water activities in full swing.
Boarding back at noon, with a welcome-back drink.
11 h00 Disembark in Can Tho. Can Tho is the fifth largest city in Vietnam, and the largest city in the Mekong Delta. It is noted for its floating market, rice-paper-making village, and picturesque rural canals.  The most unique and natural in architecture of Can Tho is the canal network. Canals play an important role as “street”; it brings the simple and poetic beauty to Can Tho


Route 2:  Can Tho- Sa Dec – Cai Be

12.00-12h30: Boarding Le Cochinchine boat. Enjoy welcome drink
Transfer on a local boat to explore the Cai Rang market one of the most bustling floating markets in Mekong. We go for a walk through the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards.
Le Cochinchine continues its cruise to Tra On. Lunch served on board. Leisurely cruise down the Mekong while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Visit the fruit farm and walk amongst pleasant villages on the footpaths of the countryside. You will have opportunities to meet with local people.
Come back with an aperitif and you can enjoy the magnificent sunset on the Mang Thit canal and Nicola River. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 2 – Cai Be Cruise Trip to Can Tho via Sa Dec by RV Le Cochinchine:Vinh Long cruising tour to My Thuan and then towards Sa Dec (B, L, D)

Breakfast on board over splendid sunrise on the Mekong.
Walk /cycle amongst the lush vegetation to visit the fruit farm, the handicraft villages and meet with local people. Le Cochinchine set sails again to Sa Dec while lunch is served on board. Sadec that is a town in Dong Tháp Province in the Mekong Delta of southern Vietnam. It is a river port and agricultural and industrial trading center. During the Vietnam War in 1966 and 1967, it was the site of an American PBR Patrol Boat, River base. It’s famous with one of the biggest flower village in Vietnam. You can taste some special foods here. Visit busy Sa Dec food market and primary school headed by Magueritte Duras.
Walk along the village path and acquaintance with rural activities as farmers farm their fields: rice fields, vegetable farms,  fish farms.
Boarding back at with an aperitif while cruising down to Cai Thia.

Day 3 – Cai Be Cruise Trip to Can Tho via Sa Dec by RV Le Cochinchine: Cai Be departure (B)

Breakfast on boat in the morning.
Cycling on the bank of the peninsula and visit the gardens and orchards.
Le Cochinchine continues its cruise toward Cai Be.
Transfer to a local boat for an extensive visit of Cai Be: the floating market, local pop-rice and sweets production. Visit of colonial buildings, old houses, delightful flower gardens and local coconut candy and rice paper manufacturers.
Come back at noon with welcome-back drink.
11 h00-11h30 Disembark in Cai Be. The cruise concludes.
