TRIP DETAILS

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL- AIRPORT PICK UP [MEALS: NONE]

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City – the largest and most dynamic city in Vietnam! As soon as you arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our friendly driver and guide will be waiting to greet you with a warm welcome sign. After that, you’ll enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel conveniently located in the city center.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will proceed with check-in. Then, you can take some time to relax and settle in after your journey. Alternatively, you may wish to explore the nearby streets and start soaking up the vibrant energy of Saigon – Ho Chi Minh City.

You will spend the night in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY HALF- DAY CITY TOUR- CU CHI TUNNELS [MEALS: B/L]

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will begin your morning trip to visit the Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace. This iconic landmark, built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, is a must-see in Ho Chi Minh City. The building was beautifully designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu and holds great historical significance.

Next, continue your tour to admire the stunning French colonial architecture at Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. These are two of the city’s most cherished architectural gems. Your journey will then take you to the War Remnants Museum, which offers a profound and emotional look into the history of the Indochina wars through its vast exhibits.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels. The drive will take approximately 1.5 hours by bus. Upon arrival, you will first watch a short introduction and an informative video about how the tunnels were ingeniously constructed and how people survived in the extremely harsh wartime conditions.

After that, you will explore the remaining tunnel systems, which include living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. These structures were carefully designed to meet the essential needs of those who lived underground. The maze-like tunnels also feature hidden trap doors and clever security traps used during the war.

Following your exploration, you will be invited to taste special tea and cassava—traditional guerrilla food during wartime.

There will be a short break, where you can relax or, if you wish, experience real shooting at the nearby range (please note that bullets are at your own expense).

Return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH CITY AT YOUR LEISURE [MEALS: B]

After breakfast, take a smooth, one-and-a-half-hour bus ride through scenic rice fields along National Highway 1 to reach the peaceful rural district of Trung Luong.

Upon arrival in My Tho, begin your visit with a stop at the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda, a famous Buddhist temple with unique architectural features. After that, enjoy a leisurely cruise on the Tien River, where you can admire the four charming islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. As the boat passes floating fish farms and offers panoramic views of Rach Mieu Bridge, you’ll truly feel the calm spirit of the Mekong Delta.

Next, take a peaceful walk along a village path to explore a local orchard. Here, you can savor seasonal fruits and enjoy honey tea while listening to the soothing melodies of Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by local artists.

Continue your journey by riding a hand-rowed sampan along the narrow Tan Thach Canal, a unique experience that takes you under the green canopy of water coconut trees. Then, visit a coconut candy workshop to witness the traditional process of making this famous local sweet.

Afterwards, enjoy an authentic lunch at a local restaurant, offering Mekong specialties.

Following lunch, a motorboat will return you to the cruise dock. You will then meet your bus for the comfortable ride back to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 4: HO CHI MINH CITY- FLIGHT TO PHU QUOC  [MEALS: B]

Then you are free and relaxing before meeting our driver to get private transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Flight to Phu Quoc Island . This flight usually takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arrival in Phu Quoc, you will be transferred to your accommodation to check in and drop off your luggage.

DAY 5: PHU QUOC-  ISLANDS  SPEED BOAT – CABLE CAR TO HON THOM [MEALS: B, L]

Then Embark on an Island Speed Boat Tour from An Thoi port. This typically includes snorkeling or swimming at beautiful islands like Hon Roi, Hon Mong Tay, and Hon May Rut, known for their clear waters and vibrant coral reefs. After the island hopping, you will head to the Sun World Hon Thom Cable Car station. Board the world’s longest sea-crossing Cable Car to Hon Thom Island. The ride offers breathtaking aerial views of the archipelago. On Hon Thom, you’ll have access to Sun World Hon Thom Nature Park, which includes Aquatopia Water Park and various beach activities.

Late Afternoon Return via cable car to the mainland and proceed to Sunset Town (also known as Mediterranean Town). This beautifully designed area features European-inspired architecture, charming streets, and the iconic Kiss Bridge. As dusk settles, find a good spot to witness the spectacular sunset.
