Da Nhay Beach

Da Nhay is a beautiful beach on the shore of East Sea, 25 km north of Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh Province. Da Nhay in Vietnamese means the rocks that jump. This name refers to the topographical feature of this beach which sees thousands rock reaching the sea, surrounding small fine sand beaches suitable for seabathing.

Phong Nha Discovery will take you to Da Nhay beach for swimming, go fishing and shooting photos. Da Nhay is one of the most important attraction sites in Quang Binh along with Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, the World Natural Heritage and Bang spa. Phong Nha cave was discovered by Mr. Cardiere, French missionary at the end of XIX century. He has come to Phong Nha not only for visiting but also for discovery. He has used wooden boat to go 600 meters inside the cave and he discovered the civilization of Cham’s minority. Valuable records have discovered by British Caving Association such as the longest underground river with 44 km, 31 caves have been discovered with total length of 100 km. Recently, the biggest and most beautiful Son Dong cave have been discovery by them in the core zone of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.

08:00 am : After breakfast, start going to Phong Nha
12:30 – 13:0 : Back for luch at Phong Nha village
14:00 – 14:30 : Go to Da Nhay Beach
16:00 : Leave for Da Nhay to Dong Hoi
