Saigon Motorcycle Tour to Cat Tien, Ta Dung, Dalat and Mui Ne – 5 Days

Day 1: Saigon motorbike tour to Cat Tien National Park (L, D)

In this morning, we will start our ride straight to Cat Tien National Park. This trip is not so long but is a big day as traffic is very crazy when we get out of city. At noon, we ride to Cat Tien National Park. This forest area used to be the head quarter of Vietnamese army during the war. The park suffered historically during the Vietnam War when it was extensively sprayed with herbicides like the defoliant Agent Orange. To this day these areas have extensive bamboo and grassland cover and trees have not yet grown back.

Right here, you will have a chance to experience off-road rides through jungles with dirty roads to explore the diversity of fauna & flora of National Park.

Overnight in Cat Tien

Day 2: Cat Tien motorbike tour to Dalat via Ta Dung Lake (B, L, D)

In this morning, after having breakfast at a guesthouse in Cat Tien National park, we will set off our funny motorcycle trip by a long ride down on road 725 to Bao Lam – Via Ta Dung lake known as an “internal spring city” located on Central Highland.  En route, we’ll get by so many mountains & valleys cum the local villages so that you sometimes have chances to enjoy the off-road ridings via forests or plantations or stop by to get communications with friendly locals, highlights

Overnight in Dalat

Day 3: Dalat Motorbike Tour (B, L, D)

 Leaving the hotel in the morning on the steel horse far away from the city, we take a detour out of Dalat City, skirting along the twisty mountain roads where you’ll enjoy the epic motorcycle roads with charming landscape and isolated villages, stop in the village to visit and learn how they are doing business with all special thing in Dalat as flowers, vegetables, fruits…

We continue our day by turning on the locals’ off-road ride that leads us to West of Dalat- Lang Biang Mountain.  This road is really challenging your driving skills as we traverse through the muddy tracks, narrow paths, sharp descents and ascents.

We get to the waterfall where you’ll admire its natural beauty and the fresh streams below. It’s just perfect to cool your body off after several hours of riding. Our tasty lunch will be prepared next to the waterfall. The feeling of being in nature with the sounds of waterfall, birds or wild animals is incomparable…

Our afternoon ride is no less interesting and adventurous as we ride through lush green coniferous-pine forests with long climbs, a wooden bridge over the river. We take delight in the magnificent landscape from the peak of the mountain. We resume back on our bike and ride to the remote villages of hill tribes where you’ll explore their unique culture and natural hospitality.

Overnight in Dalat

Day 4: Dalat motorbike tour to Muine  (B, L, D)

The first stop will be a Buddhist temple and then driving through beautiful areas with green pines hills, terraces of vegetable, flower farm,  coffee plantation. Visiting Silk spinning center, Elephant waterfall, Mushroom farm. Continually, we will take a small road through a village where you will see how locals make dry noodles. After lunch at a nice view location then brick factory, wet noodle making, tea plantation and Pongour waterfall.

After lunch we take the land road going through the rural countryside areas with beautiful landscape, breathtaking views along the road. Visiting some places such as black smith, rock cracking, steam bamboo shoot…You will be interested in how do local make their living. By visiting village of the BRAU people, you will learn more about the different culture in Viet Nam. Peanut, cashew, cotton farms, dragon fruit farm will be places to stop before Mui Ne.

Day 5: Muine motorbike tour to Saigon (B, L)

After breakfast at the hotel, get back on the steel horse heading Saigon on the road we stop to visit the colourful Muine fishing village, walk through  and enjoy the stunning Fairy Stream. Afterwards, we visit a local farmer to see how they breed and keep the famous Lizard. Then we ride onto the beautiful desert village road to Quao Lake. 

In the afternoon, we will visit the Whale Monument to learn more about the local culture, tour the colourful fishing Harbor, and see the 300 years old Pagoda to understand the history of Buddhist philosophy and the history of the area. Next, we will visit a very special place where the disable children use Sand to make many amazing paintings, we then tour the famous Cham towers to learn more about the history and architecture of fascinating Cham culture, and visit the beautiful Ke Ga Lighthouse, the oldest Lighthouse of Vietnam. Finally, we will tour the famous Minh Dam military base where you can trek. We stop and have a good local lunch in Ba Ria, we then tour the famous Long Tan battlefield, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the countryside. We arrive in Saigon around 4pm and end our unforgettable trip at your hotel in Saigon city.
