Located right in the town, the museum was opened in 1941 and expanded in 1992. On display are ancient sculptures, traditional musical instruments and exhibits related to houses-on-stilts, pagodas, racing boats, etc. Also exhibited are object related to the daily life of ordinary people and royalty. These exhibits illustrate the traditional culture of the Khmer-Vietnamese, who are industrious and fond of nature and strongly believing Buddhists.
