DAY 2: Brilliant Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam Tour: BANGKOK FREEDAY (B)

Today you will have freetime to discover Bangkok by yourself (no services) or you can choose this tour optional as below:

Tour option 1: Bangkok city tour full day

After breakfast, meeting with the guide and driver, then visit the Royal Grand Palace ceremony dedicated to the royal family of Thailand.

In the same complex is the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, known for the statue of the Emerald Buddha. After visiting this resort, we visit Wat Pho, a giant Buddha lying house. Embark on a long tail boat for a trip along the Chao Phraya River and many inland waterways bustling offering fantastic views of local life nearby. Along the way, we stop at Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn. In the afternoon we visit the Wat Traimit, which is known as the Golden Buddha. Return to hotel and free time for relaxation. Transfer to the hotel. 

Tour option 2: Bangkok – Salt Farm – Train Market – Coconut Sugar Farm – Damnoen Saduak Floating Market Half Day

Pick up at 06.45am. We leave from your hotel to Samut Songkharm, Baan Kalong Train Station. Discover Samut Songkhram Salt Farms in Mae Klong, Thailand: Acres of salt crystal pyramids dry in the sun along Thailand’s “salt road.”. Then continue to take the train at 08.00am go through the railway market. Discover the unique visit Talad Rom Hoop or the Maeklong railway market. This is a unique market that takes place literally on the train tracks every day. After that Visit a coconut sugar farm where you’ll be gathering new knowledge on how to make sugar from coconut!

Then continue driving to DAMNERN SADUAK, a rural floating market. Arrive at the floating market, spend one hour exploring and take a longtail boat ride. After that we walk at the most popular FLOATING MARKET.

 The waters of the principal KONONG TON KHEM market are generally overrun with sellers of all kinds, from noodles to hats and pineapples like Artisanal manufacturing. The surrounding canals offer a glimpse interesting of rural life in Thailand. Then return to Bangkok in the afternoon then free time.

Transfer to Bangkok bus station for the express bus to Siem Reap (roughly 8-9 hours)

DAY 5: ANGKOR WAT PRIVATE TOUR (B)

Breakfast at hotel, you’ll be at leisure a bit and then:

0800 Hrs : Our shuttle bus with tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to South Gate of Angkor Thom.

Walk through the South Gate of Angkor Thom via the Naga Bridge, taking some photos.

Walk from South Gate of Angkor Thom to Bayon temple via the big trees, play with monkeys (Be careful with your things as monkey might try to take it away from you).

Visit to Bayon Temple and walk to Baphuon, Elephant Terrance, Leper King Terrace and the Royal Enclosure.

Lunch break (At your own cost).

1300 Hrs : You’ll be driven to Angkor Wat Temple area (Visit to Angkor Wat Temple until sunset).

DAY 7: HALF DAY PHNOM PENH CITY PRIVATE TOUR (B)

Half Day Phnom Penh City Tour  (08:00 – 12:00 Hrs)

In the morning, we start to visit Silver Pagoda, located in the Royal Palace compound where is reserved by Cambodians and appreciated by visitors as one of the most popular cultural spots in Phnom Penh.

Spend your next visit to the nearby National Museum, homed to art collections, statues all over the period of times on displays. Lunch not included.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH CITY & CU CHI PRIVATE TOUR (B)

AM: Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.

Have lunch at local restaurant by your own cost.

PM: Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs.Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.

Return to Saigon

DAY 10: Brilliant Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam Tour: HO CHI MINH FREEDAY (B)

 After having breakfast at hotel, you’ll be free on your own to relax at hotel or explore Sai Gon by yourself (No car & No guide). You might like our option as below:

AM: Then, leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19^th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.

Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.

PM: Time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Option tour 1: Hoi An Ancient Town – My Son Holy Land Private Tour (L)

AM: In the morning you will pay a visit My Son Sanctuary to explore history and culture of the Ancient Champa Kingdom, and then enjoy Apsara traditional music show. Transfer to Thanh Ha ceramic village to see how local people create a piece of pottery and you will have chance to make a product under the guidance of workshop owner and receive a clay whistle called “To He” as a gift before leaving. Take a boat on Thu Bon River back to Hoi An Ancient Town. Have lunch at restaurant.

PM: This afternoon you will take a walking tour around old streets to discover the charming beauty of Hoi An Ancient Town including Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls, Sa Huynh Museum, old houses, and local market. AM: At 8:00 am our guide will welcome you at your hotel in Hoi An and take a boat trip to Cam Nam fishing village to learn fishing under the instruction of local people. Especially, you will practice by yourselves how to catch fish and throw fishing net into river. Then you will transfer to visit green Bay Mau water coconut forest and have chance to row basket boat to enjoy tranquil atmosphere, join in catching field crabs and explore the revolutionary base in Hoi An during Vietnam War. Then you will be transferred to start a cycling route to Tra Que Vegetable Village 3km from Hoi An Ancient Town. You ride through peaceful villages and enjoy the beauty of countryside surrounding Hoi An. On arrival, you are welcomed with friendly smiles and special welcome drinks: “E” water or local tea. Option tour: Da Nang – Discover Marble Mountain & Ba Na Hill (L)

Am: Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Da Nang. On the way, visit Marble Mountain which was named after the ancient oriental philosophy including 5 elements creating universe: metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. Reaching here, you will see the systems of caves. Next, you transfer to visit Ba Na Hills to enjoy the beautiful view of from the cable car up to the summit. Upon arrival have sightseeing and take photos at the world-famous Golden Bridge, continue to flower garden Le Jardin D’amour where has many kinds of beautiful flowers and Debay Wine Cellar where are storing different wines. Take another cable car route to reach French Village at the height of 1138 meters for experience architecture here. Have lunch at restaurant.

Arrive in Hanoi train station, you will be picked up to hotel to drop off your luggage (hotel check in after 14:00) then have breakfast before walking tour to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which contains the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace, and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. We follow it with a visit to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam. Later, we will take a visit at Ngoc Son Temple on the way you return to the hotel.

Special thing that tours guide would like to introduce some popular authentic food in lovely mini restaurants (not luxury restaurants) where you feel comfortable to sit down and enjoy some favorite dishes and nice drinks too.

It’s interesting to hear from tour guide about the history of the old quarter in Hanoi, it is thousand years old and today retains much of the old flavor that made the area special in earlier times, each street was the exclusive domain of one trade (guilds) so there are whole streets of blacksmiths, silver shops, paper shops, headstone makers and more. Originally there were just 36 streets in the old quarter but today there are more than 50 streets.

11:30  Your first stop on arrival at Tuan Chau Island is the Aquamarine check-in lounge. You will have time to refresh yourself after the long drive from Hanoi and wait for checking-in.

12:15  After taken to Cruise, you will be checked in. While enjoying welcome drink, you will be introduced the itinerary and safety briefing by Cruise Manager.

13:00  You will have a delicious lunch and enjoy the stunning views when the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Fighting- Cock and Finger Islet.

08:00  Your next stop is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves in Ha Long Bay with beautiful stalactites. 09:30  Back on board, check-out and return to Tuan Chau Island
