Food from the coast

In the sleepy town of Phan Thiet and the island of Phu Quoc it is the production of fish sauce that dominates not only the town’s business activities but the very air that you breathe. There is no escaping the pungent and, to the Vietnamese, comforting aroma of the fish sauce. There is not a lot of agriculture on the southern coast so menus feature heavily around fish, rice, and the use of aromatics and spices. Come and enjoy with us.

The cooking class include cuisines:

Squid cakes Classic dipping sauce
Clams steamed in Beer with Chilli and Lemongrass
Crab and Pomelo Salad
