BA BE TREKKING AND HOMESTAY TOUR
Overview
Ba Be Lake locates in Ba Be National Park Center with likely special configuration contracted in the middle and swollen out on the two ends, surrounded by cliffs with very original and attractive forms and shapes. This tour also offers a day trek to the villages of Dzao and H’mong people and another full day kayaking to discover the beauty of the lake.

Day 1 – Hanoi and Ba Be Trekking and Homestay Tour for 4 Days : Hanoi – Ba Be Lake Package Tours – Pac Ngoi Village
In the morning, transfer to Ba Be Nantional Park. Ba Be Lake is a famous Nature World Heritage Site which also called “Halong Bay on mountain”. We will have a stop for refreshment in Thai Nguyen. Quickly visit to Thai Nguyen Ethnology Museum to understand about different ethnic minorities in Vietnam.
Continue to Bac Can for lunch. After lunch, we continue to Ba Be. Upon arrival in NP, we take a short boat ride to Pac Ngoi Village, sits at the foot of Pia Meng Mountain in the commune of Nam Mau in Bac Kan Province. The Tay ethnic minority village is a destination for homestays and trekking tours through Ba Be National Park. Tonight we will have dinner and overnight in local house.

Day 2 -Hanoi and Ba Be Trekking and Homestay Tour for 4 Days : Ba Be Trekking Tours to Surrounding villages
Breakfast at the homestay. We have a short motorbike ride to the starting point where we begin a day trek to villages of Dzao and H’mong ethnic minorities. Picnic lunch in Lom village. After lunch we walk to Nam Cuong market where we find a nice road along the lake shore. We walk back to Pac Ngoi.
Staying in the house, we can listen to the rhythm of the Nang river right beside the house and smell all the fresh air. The rest of the day, if the weather permits we can swim in the emeraude water of the bay. Dinner and overnight at the homestay.

Day 3 – Hanoi and Ba Be Trekking and Homestay Tour for 4 Days : Full-Day Ba Be Kayaking Tours
Breakfast at the homestay. We will have a short motorcycle ride to starting point where we begin a short walk through jungle. At some rest place we can have great view of Ba Be Lake. After 1hr trekking we descend to the lake shore and cross a bridge to An Ma Island.
The name of the island comes from its shape; it looks like a horse wading across the lake. Standing on An Ma Island and taking a far look back to Pe Lam Island, the sunshine sparkling on the surface of water. Visit to the temple on the island before we start the kayaking time. Leave the island we paddle to Phuong Cave, a huge natural tunnel through mountain.
Continue to Dau Dang Waterfall where we will have a picnic lunch in a beautiful natural setting of the waterfall. After lunch we paddle back to Ba Be Lake. If weather permits we can swim in the emeraude cool water of the lake. Paddle back to Pac Ngoi village for another night at the homestay.

Day 4: Hanoi and Ba Be Trekking and Homestay Tour for 4 Days : Pac Ngoi Village – Hanoi
After breakfast we take a short boat ride to the National Park Dock where we get on van for the ride back to Hanoi. Lunch on the way. Back to Hanoi around 5pm. Trip completes.
