Day 1 – RV Le Cochinchine Cruise Trip from Cai Be to Can Tho: Cai Be cruising tour to Tra On (L/D)
11h00: We board Le Cochinchine boat and enjoy welcome drink. We will then explore the lively Cai Be floating market and cruising amongst the mazes of waterway to visit the handicraft villages and meet with local people. It is one of the most impressive sights in Can Tho. It is a very unique culture in the Mekong River Delta which attracts a lot of tourists, especially foreign tourists.
Here, we visit the old house and sample various tropical fruits. We arrive in Vinh Long in the afternoon. We disembark for a walk or bike for sightseeing tour of the Cu lao Binh Hoa Phuoc before cruising to Can Tho via Cho Lach and Tra On. Here, we visit the Cho Lach village and take a tour on foot or by bike on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people’s activities. The island covers an area of about 6,000ha. Its soil is fertile and rice, and there is fresh water and fruit trees. Several fruit orchard are opened to the public. Ch? Lách canal is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the river traffic, between markets and churches, a unique opportunity for a glimpse of the very varied life on the banks as well as on the water. En-route to visit a cottage industry, a local farm and sample seasonal fruits. We will then keep cruising to continue to Mang Thit. Enjoy the magnificent sunset on the river. Leisurely cruise up the Mekong River while enjoying the beautiful scenery and the aperitifs, sunset cruise.

Day 2 – RV Le Cochinchine Cruise Trip from Cai Be to Can Tho: Tra On cruising tour towards Can Tho (B)
Rising up to the sound of River and Mekong Delta coming to life for another lovely day we enjoy the sunset. After breakfast, we cruise along the cannels and visit a village on the bank of Co Chien. Here, we will have the opportunity see the way of life of the local inhabitants, and their hospitality. Leisurely cruise up the Bassac River while enjoying the beautiful scenery along the river. Upon arrival to Can Tho that is the fifth largest city in Vietnam, and the largest city in the Mekong Delta. It is noted for its floating market, rice-paper-making village, and picturesque rural canals. The most unique and natural in architecture of Can Tho is the canal network. Canals play an important role as “street”; it brings the simple and poetic beauty to Can Tho we visit the Cai Rang market, one of the most bustling floating markets in Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats laden fruits barging and jostling for space as owners attempt to sell their goods. Boat through the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards, ship building yards, local markets in full swing.

11h00: Boarding Le Cochinchine boat at Ninh Kieu jetty.
A small boat take you to explore the Cai Rang market one of the most bustling floating markets in Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats barging and jostling for space as owners attempt to sell their goods. A small boat will take you through the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards.
Return the boat. Then the cruise continues to Cai Be via Tra On.
Leisurely cruise down the Mekong while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Lunch on board
After lunch disembark then take a pleasant walk on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards and the local people’s activities, especially some orchards (orange grove) with its farmer and sample various tropical fruits in Lach village.
Then return the boat to cruise to Cai Be. It is one of unique beauties of the Mekong river delta which attracts a lot of tourists, especially foreign tourists. Enjoy the magnificent sunset on the Co Chien River.

After having breakfast on board in splendid sunrise on the Mekong you can explore the lively Cai Be floating market in early morning.
Walking amongst the lush vegetation to visit the handicraft villages and meet with local people. Sightseeing the old house and sample various tropical fruits.
A small boat trip goes through rivulets of Tan Phong Islands. You have a chance to discover tropical fruit orchards.
