DAY 1: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : HANOI – ARRIVAL (-/-/-)
YOU’RE IN VIETNAM!
You’ll be met your tour guide at the airport on arrival, and then we will transfer you to Hanoi’s Centre for check in at a hotel.
Depending on your arrival time, You’ll have a chance to explore locally, or if you’re feeling a bit snoozy – rest up before getting to sample some traditional Vietnamese food in the evening. WELL keen.

DAY 2: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : HANOI CITY TOUR – WALKING TOUR IN THE OLD QUARTER (B/-/-)
After you’ve filled up on breakfast, we’ll go over the customs, culture and traditions of Vietnam, and even teach you a few Vietnamese words. This will be a perfect time to ask the in-country team any last minute questions that you may have, so store them up for this point, don’t be shy.
Later on, we will take a short visit at Hilton Prison where Vietnamese soldiers did captured & detained American pilots from 1967 till 1973 to learn more about the history of Vietnam war against American Imperialists.We will start to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, we have a chance to see the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh (not visit inside because it closes in the afternoon), the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts.
Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. We follow it with a visit to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam. The Temple is one of must-see attractions in Hanoi for tourists, especially for students!
Once we’re up to speed with all things Vietnam, we’ll head off on a 3 hour walking tour to visit the Old and French Quarter’s. You’ll get a proper taste of what life in Vietnam is like and we’ll show you some of the best sites that Hanoi has to offer. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to try many of the local dishes (be prepared, the food in Vietnam is magnificent – make sure you try the Pho!), take some snaps and if you’re lucky, your tour guide may even take you to a secret little rooftop coffee shop that overlooks the Red Lake. Done!
Late afternoon, we’ll head back to the hotel to take your baggage then transferred to the train station for an overnight train to Sapa.

DAY 3: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : LAO CAI – SAPA TOWN – LAO CHAI & TA VAN VILLAGES – HOMESTAY (B/L/-)
Educational travel should be a special experience for the young traveler, where every destination offers a fresh lesson in the cultural life of the people. Travelling to Sapa includes a project with local children, designed to improve the standard of living in these ancient traditional villages.
Arrival Lao Cai Station, you will be picked up from Lao Cai Station to Sapa at this early morning, you will have breakfast, relax before start trekking journey uphill.
We will start the tour to Y Linh Ho, enjoy spectacular scenery while along a narrow river. You firstly arrive in Y Linh Ho village of Black Hmong minority, where you can take a rest while you are served lunch nearby the river.
It’s time for our students visit the local school, meeting with local pupils, involve in fun and exciting team building activities, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with hill tribe communities and students in a community service project which will help improve the lives of hill tribe children.After lunch, you will be transfer head toward Muong Hoa valley. You will pass through Lao Chai village of Black Hmong minority and then Tavan village of Giay minority by following a very popular trekking route.
Homestay in the village of Ta Van will bring students an unforgettable experience! You will discover not only the authenticity of the valley but also the lifestyle of your hosts who welcome you warmly. You can also participate in the preparation of dinner and walk through the neighborhood. The surrounding landscape is rice terraces, here they grow rice and corn.

DAY 4: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : TA VAN – GIANG TA CHAI VILLAGES – SAPA TOWN – HANOI BY BUS (B/L/-)
After breakfast, we continue to visit Red Dzao people at Dzang Ta Chai village where we also see a waterfall. The Red Dzao women have very colorful red embroidery and coins on their clothing. On their head they wear a red scarf. Some of them have shaved off their eyebrows because of a nice Red Dzao Legend.
We will walk to the rice paddy fields where we’ll have a nice photo session of the amazing surrounding landscapes. A trek through the bamboo forest soon follows which gives you the experience of Vietnam tropical jungle. Along the way, we will stop by a waterfall to have a panorama view of Dzang Ta Chai village and have lunch. Then walk to the main road to take a bus back to Sapa.
15h00: Back to Sapa and free time at leisure… you can go around the town and market to buy some souvenirs and handmade things to your family.
16h00: It‘s time to say “Good bye Sapa!” and drive back to Hanoi. Along the way, once again you have a chance to enjoy the magical beauty of the northwest mountains.
21h30: We arrive in Hanoi.

DAY 5: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel till 08h00, we will start the tour to Halong Bay. A long the way to Halong bay, there is a short break in Hai Duong city (20 minutes). Reaching to the harbor in Halong city at noon to get on cruise and have lunch on boat. Having sightseeing to enjoy the natural heritage all over the world. Stoping to visit Sung Sot cave, taking photos and enjoying the bay views. Straight to Lan Ha bay for kayaking, natural beaches, floating village, swimming… then have seafood for dinner. Relaxing or joining inn interest games on boat before spending a romantic night on cruise.

DAY 6: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : HALONG BAY – YEN DUC VILLAGE – HANOI (B/L/-)
Getting up with fresh air and sunrise in the sea on the boat and then have breakfast, boat trip to return and visit the rest parts of Halong bay for 05 hours. Stop at Soi Sim beach for swimming and taking photos…. Having lunch in restaurant in Halong before getting on our bus to Hanoi.
On the way back, there is a stopover at Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province for a short break in this typical Vietnamese agricultural village which is rich in culture and traditions. Admire the charming fields, small lanes as well as the amazing tranquility in Yen Duc village. Enjoy a water puppet show which performed by local artists.
Relax in the fresh air and have delicious Vietnamese dinner at the village before bidding farewell to the local family and return to Hanoi.Start cycling around the village & visit Canh Huong Pagoda to learn more about Buddhism in Vietnam. Visit a typical house in the village and talk to friendly local people. Experience the farming activities such as: harvesting and planting vegetables, fishing with the traditional method, milling and pounding rice…

DAY 7: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : HANOI – TRANG AN & BAI DINH TOUR (B/L/-)
8:30: Pick up at your hotel to depart for Ninh Binh province (100km) for our day tour of Bai Dinh pagoda & Trang An ecosystem. We spend time to visit the Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters height, 100 tons weight.
After visiting the Pagoda, our students will know that Buddhism is the main religion in many Asian countries and in Vietnam as well. Then they will have a chance to learn how to meditate with 5 steps:
- Relaxing the body
- Deep breathing
- Concentration of the mind
- Expansion of the mind
- Productive activity
After the lesson of meditation, we will go down and go for lunch at local restaurant with some local special dishes.
Continue to visit Trang An Scenic Landscape complex nearby which recently recognized as an UNESCO World natural heritage, get on a rowing boat (small sampan) traveling along the small river with scenic mountain and green fields landscape. Boat takes you to visit cave complex of Trang An: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, the scenery of mountain and rivers – Halong on land of Ninh Binh.
Late afternoon, drive back to your hotel in Hanoi.
DAY 8: Vietnam Study Tour to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay for 8 Days : HANOI – DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the flight to a flight back home.
