Day 3 – Vietnam Scenic Tour from Hanoi via Sapa, Hagiang to Saigon: Hanoi Street Food Tour – Overnight to Sapa (B/-/D)

Hanoi – has shaken off its once hostile attitude to travelers to become one of the most beguiling cities in Southeast Asia. It’s slow-paced yet quick to charm, with a lovely landscape of lakes, shaded boulevards, verdant public parks and French-colonial architecture. Hanoi personifies the spirit of historic Vietnam in the temples, monuments and pockets of ancient culture along the narrow streets of the Old Quarter, yet perfectly reflects the rapid changes sweeping the country as Hanoian Yuppies sip cappuccinos in roadside cafes and compare cell phones.
This morning you will be free to discover Hanoi by your all till 02:00 PM, our guide comes to your hotel and pick you up to enjoy Hanoi Street Food Tour.

You will have chance to visit famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants, shops where they run their business everyday, certainly you will watch and taste some particular dishes, we can customize vegetarian or special food too.

Special thing that tour guide would like to introduce some popular authentic food in lovely mini restaurants (not luxury restaurants) where you feel comfortable to sit down and enjoy some favorite dishes and nice drinks too.

It’s interesting to hear from tour guide about the history of the old quarter in Hanoi, it is thousand years old and today retains much of the old flavor that made the area special in earlier times, each street was the exclusive domain of one trade (guilds) so there are whole streets of blacksmiths, silver shops, paper shops, headstone makers and more. Originally there were just 36 streets in the old quarter but today there are more than 50 streets.
At around 7 pm, our guide will take you to the train station to Lao Cai – Sapa.
