Day 01: Hanoi – Arrival

Following your requested time of arrival flight,

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our friendly Guide at Noi Bai International Airport and start your AMAZING NORTHERN VIETNAM FAMILY TOUR.

The driver and guide will transfer you to the central of Hanoi and you will check-in your hotel. You will be at your leisure for walking, discovering the Old Quarter Area around by yourself or just simple relaxing in your hotel. Dinner on your own.

Day 02: Hanoi City full-day private tour (B/L)

Morning time: After having breakfast at the hotel, our friendly guide will meet and welcome you to join in a daily Journey with him/her.

On the first part of the trip, we expose you the REAL HANOI with a day in the life experiences, featured with the parts-unknown of the city with slices of life in the maze of backstreets, tiny alleyways, local homes, schools, random markets and black market, experiencing where & how locals live, work and play.

And of course, how could we forget about the culinary part of our journey. While exploring the French Quarter. Wander through the narrow streets, admiring the colonial architecture, you will stop by a local Café and savoring one of the most famous Vietnamese Coffee – The Egg Coffee.

On the second part of the trip, we also take you to the poetic & peaceful villages and floating community along the Red river to enrich your experiences about the contrast in harmony of life between the city and the countryside of Hanoi.

Having lunch at a local eatery in the Old Quarter, known for its traditional Hanoian dishes – “Bún Chả” (Vietnamese dish of grilled pork and noodles).

Afternoon time: After lunch, you will come inside to visit the MUST-SEEE MUST-SEEE places of our beautiful city such as, the 1000 year-old Buddhist and Toasist temples of Tran Quoc, temple of Literature, the historical train street, the enchanting French Quarter, the hustling & bustling Old Quarter, etc

Ending the first day of your journey, the guide will see you off at your hotel before 18:00PM, you will be at your leisure in the evening.

DAY 03: Northern Vietnam family tour: HANOI – SAPA BY LIMOUSINE – CAT CAT VILLAGE (B/L)

After having breakfast at your hotel, you will transfer to the bus station and start your journey to Sapa at around 07:00AM – 08:00AM.

The road from Hanoi to Sapa is a picturesque journey that traverses the captivating landscapes of northern Vietnam. The route covers approximately 320 kilometers and usually takes around 5 to 6 hours by road, depending on traffic and weather conditions.

The Limousine will drop you off at your hotel. After checking in the hotel, you will have a short break for changing clothes, resting a little bit before the local English Speaking Tour Guide pick you up to a local eatery for savoring your special luch arranged by local people.

In the afternoon: Continue the journey, you will travel by car to Cat Cat Village, where the Black H’Mong ethnic minority settlement.

The village located in a beautiful valley near Sapa Town. On the way walking to the village, you could see the H’mong working on their Terrace field with buffalos. Upon reach the village you have a chance to visit a local traditional house to meet a local family and talk to them to learn about their life and culture. After the village, we walk to Cat Cat Waterfall for a short rest.

Ending the first day of your journey in Sapa, the guide will see you off at your hotel before 18:00PM, you will be at your leisure in the evening.

DAY 04: SAPA – SILVER WATERFALL – LOVE WATERFALL – TRAM TON PASS – FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN (B/L)

Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby at about 08:30AM, transfer you to Silver Waterfall, the highest in Vietnam with a 300 m drop. Am ascent to the base of the waterfall will enable you to explore the surrounding landscape. This is a famous spot and is regularly visited by monks to pray.

Continuing our journey, we will drive a further 3 km to Tram Tom Pass, the highest road in Vietnam at approximately 2000 m above sea level. At this height you will feel a drop in temperature but the views are truly stunning, and you will have the opportunity to stretch your legs, explore and take photographs. A further 3 km drive will take you to the start point of your next walk, a descent through the jungle to Love Waterfall and Golden Stream. This area is known for cardamom crops, used for medicine, cooking and a significant source of income for the minority people. Lunch at a local restaurant enroute.

Afternoon, visit Fansipan Mountain by the cable car. As you know the cable car in Sapa is the world’s longest and highest cable car, running up from sleepy Sapa Town in Lao Cai Province to the peak of 3,143-meter Fansipan Mountain, known as Indochina’s rooftop. Enjoy the view from the highest point of this incredible mountain. The lush green and subtropical vegetation makes this mountain very beautiful. Take  some pictures for unforgettable experience from the top.  After taking scenery then get cable car back to Sapa.

Ending your second day of your journey in Sapa, the guide will see you off at your hotel before 18:00PM, you will be at your leisure in the evening.

DAY 05: Northern Vietnam family tour: SAPA AT YOUR LEISURE – BACK TO HANOI BY LIMOUSINE (B)

After having your breakfast at hotel, you will be free on your own to discover the Sapa Town or just simple relaxing (No Guide, No Driver). Or you can basically consider our optional tour below:

Optional Tour 1: Have fun at Rong May Glass Bridge (L)

Start your tour from Sapa town, where you’ll be picked up and driven to the Rong May Glass Bridge site, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a safety briefing and be provided with any necessary equipment. Walk on the transparent glass bridge, which spans a significant distance above the valley floor.

As you walk, you’ll be able to see through the glass to the ground beneath your feet, creating an exhilarating feeling of walking on air. From the bridge, enjoy stunning panoramic views of the valley, lush greenery, and surrounding mountains. Don’t forget to take photos to capture this unique experience.

There are additional activities available at the site, such as ziplining or other adventurous experiences (your own account)

After the glass bridge experience, you may have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area on foot. Take short nature walks, admire the natural beauty, and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the mountains.

After the tour, you’ll be driven back to Sapa town with stop at a local restaurant to have lunch.

Optional Tour 2: Tour to Ma Tra – Ta Phin Village – Enjoying message and herbal bath (L)

We begin the day by a short driving to Suoi Ho Village where we start to have a short walk through breathtaking landscape to the village of Suoi Ho, home to Hmong minority. From here you can enjoy views over endless rice terraces, and you will have the opportunity to see some of the animals used by the locals. Continuing on to Matra village you will come across the impressive ruins of a church dating back to the French occupation in the early 1900s. Take a minute to explore this intriguing sight and take some photos.

Continuing our trip to the village of Ta Phin you will be able to meet both Black Hmong and Red Dao minorities. The Red Dao are known for their expertise in herbal medicine as well as usage of plants from the land to treat many illnesses. Your guide will be able to introduce you to some Red Dao women who can tell you more about their many remedies. A Red Dao herbal medicine bath and massage will be arranged. After the message, stop at a local restaurant to have lunch.

Goodbye to Sapa, such a wonderful experience, finally, we will have 5 hour driving on Limousine back to Hanoi.

On arrival to the bus station in Hanoi (approximately 19:30PM – 20:00PM), there wiil be a guide pick you up and transferred you to the hotel, you will have your free time to rest and relax till the end of the day.

Day 06: Northern Vietnam family tour: HA NOI – HALONG BAY – LUON CAVE – TITOV ISLAND (B/L/D)

08:30 Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta on the way to Ha Long Bay.

11:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, get checked in at the waiting lounge.

12:00 Embark on cruises, enjoy the welcome drinks while being given a short briefing. Check in to your room and get ready for a tasty lunch.

12:30 Enjoy Vietnamese and international lunch and the picturesque scenery of the bay, pass by the most beautiful areas: Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock Islet, Three Coconuts Island.

15:00 Continue to explore Halong Bay by visiting Luon Cave. This is also an ideal place for kayaking, get up and close to the timeless beauty of Ha Long Bay.

16:30 Visit Titov Island – a small limestone island with one of the best sandy beaches in Ha Long Bay. You can immerse yourself in emerald water and hike to the top for stunning panoramic views of the bay.

17:30 Back to the boat and take part in a cooking demonstration on our sundeck, enjoy the bar’s Happy Hour (buy 01 get 01) program and watch the magnificent sunset over the bay.

19:00 Deluxe dinner is served. Enjoy our traditional and fusion dishes prepared by our talented chefs.

DAY 07: Northern Vietnam family tour: HALONG BAY – SUNG SOT CAVE – BACK TO HANOI (B/L)

06:15 Seeing the bay in the morning is a wonderful experience, awaken all your senses with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck while gathering vitamin sea to refresh yourself before enjoying breakfast.

07:00 Coffee, tea and pastries for breakfast are served in the restaurant.

07:30 Visit Sung Sot Cave – a magnificent and largest limestone cave as its original name: Grotte des Surprising. The beautiful stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years are the reward after the steep climb on Bo Hon Island.

(*) Note: Proper shoes are highly recommended when it’s wet.

09:30 Back to the cruise ship. Check out and settle your bill at the reception.

10:00 Have brunch while cruising back. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant.

11:30 Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina, it’s time to say best wishes and end your trip with us.

14:30 Back to your drop-off point in Hanoi.

DAY 08: Northern Vietnam family tour: HANOI – MUA CAVE – NINH HAI VILLAGE – THUNG NHAM (b/l/d)

At 08:00am our guide and driver welcome you at your hotel and start a 110km journey through verdant landscape of country side. Short-brake en route.

10:30 – Arriving Mua Cave one of the most alluring places to get the panorama view in Ninh Binh. Hike up to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain to enjoy the amazing views of the Tam Coc and Ninh Binh Province.

12:00 – Enjoy the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines.

13:30 – You will be transferred to your hotel in Ninh Binh for checking in, after then you will have a short break to relax.

15:00 – You will be picked-up and arrived to Ninh Hai Village located near Tam Coc and start your visiting and discover the beautiful of the area. You will get the City Bike and start your cycling to discover the rural villages to see how of the local people live and see their culture. 

After visit local family you will cycling through the Thung Nang Valley, and Tam Coc Valley where you see amazing landscape with beautiful Nature and all limestone mountain look amazing the area Call Halong On Land.

16:30 – Continue to Thung Nham Bird Valley. Get on a small sampan to discover Hang But (Buddhist Cave), about 500m in length, a magical view of the stalactites and stalagmites, and see a big Buddha-shaped stalactite sitting beside an underground river, as well as visit an orchard of tropical fruits in this area.

The best time for the bird park in the afternoon, sit quietly on a boat and slowly paddle through Thung Chim (Thung Nham), discover the most features of this area with more than 4,000 birds of 40 species flying to inhabit every day. Your best chance to take nice photos and immerse yourself in the wild and nature.

18:00 – Enjoy the dinner at our restaurant with the local cuisines.

Overnight in Ninh Binh.

DAY 09: CYCLING – BICH DONG PAGODA – THAI VI TEMPLE – TRANG AN – BACK TO HANOI (B/L)

Have breakfast at hotel, then get ready for the your trip today.

09:00 Get picked up by our friendly guide then cycle to visit the Thai Vi temple and Bich Dong pagoda (the second most beautiful cave in Viet Nam)

11:30 Check out and have lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods such as goat meat, fish, spring roll, fried rice… Vegetarian foods are always available on your request at the lunch.

In the afternoon: After lunch, you will leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountain are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle. Embark on a traditional sampan gently roweddown the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,… and Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…

16:00 Get on the van and transfer back to Ha Noi. On arrival, you will be dropped of at your hotel in Ha Noi.

DAY 10: Northern Vietnam family tour: HANOI – DEPARTURE (b)

You’ll be free on your own till the time you will be picked up from your hotel and then transferred to Noi Bai airport for a flight home. GOODBYE.
