Day 1 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Arrival – Yangon Myanmar Package Tours
Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, meet and welcomed by your tour guide and transfer to hotel with air conditioned private vehicle. Your guide will assist to settle into your hotel.
A full day tour to discover the colourful capital of Myanmar with a close look at the local life of this historical city. By car and partly on foot this tour takes you to the National Museum, the Sule pagoda in the centre of the city. Walk around the Mahabandoola Park to see the colonial courthouse and the city hall. From there a rickshaw tour around the colonial area with the historical buildings will start, breaking at a local teashop to enjoy Burmese tea and the typical atmosphere.
This evening visit the dazzling Shwedagon Pagoda, a remarkable structure with a dazzling gold stupa that rises 98m above the city and is visible for miles around. Observe the lively activity of Buddhist at the various shrines around the vast compound to worship and make offerings.

Day 2 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Yangon Package Tours – Bagan Adventure Tours
After breakfast, morning sightseeing of Bagan features the colourful Nyaung Oo Market, the Shwezigon Pagoda and its magnificent golden stupa, Wetkyi-In, Gubyaukgyi, a cave temple with exquisite jatakas murals paintings and the elegant Htilominlo Temple noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone decorations. In the afternoon observe the process of traditional lacquer ware, one of Myanmar’s best-known handicrafts and a specialty of Bagan.

Day 4 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Bagan Adventure Tours – Mt.popa
After breakfast at the hotel, Visit to Mount Popa, an extinct volcano over 1,500m high, about 48km south east of Bagan. Mount Popa has played an important role in Myanmar culture, religion and history since the earliest times. Its shrine is dedicated to the worship of the 37 Nats, the Burmese ancient animist spirits. The view over the Myingyan Plain from the top of the Popa-TaungKalat volcanic peak is simply breathtaking.
On the way to stop at toddy palm village to observe the village life. Visit also to include to the family workshop making sweets from toddy palm juice.

Day 5 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Yangon Package Tours – Heho Adventure Tours – Kalaw – Nant Thale Village
This morning transfer to Nyaung Oo Airport for the flight to Heho. From Heho, enjoy a scenic drive to Kalaw. Kalaw stands high on the western edge of the Shan Plateau. It is 70 km west of Taungyi, about halfway along the Thazi-Taungyi road. This was a popular hill station in the British days and it is still a peaceful and quiet place. At an altitude of 1320 m it is also pleasantly cool and a good place for hiking amid gnarled pines, bamboo groves and rugged mountain scene.
A former colonial British hill station, this small-town offers cool temperatures (Kalaw sits at 1,300 meters elevation) and plenty of trekking opportunities. The population is a mix of Shan, Indian Muslims, Bamars and Nepalis (Gurkhas retired from British military service), many of whom are missionary educated. Traveling by car, it’s about two hours west of Nyaungshwe on the western edge of the Shan hills.
Places of interest are Thein Taung Pagoda, Aung Chan Tha Pagoda, Su Taung PyaeKing Church. Pagoda and the Other things to do Shop around for a trek, walk toward temples & churches, meet tribes at the colorful every-5-days market, take the stairs to a temple with a good view of the village, walk up the hill for an even better panorama, a pleasant 1.5 hours trip, taste strawberry lassi, feed birds, breathe fresh air filled with pine trees smell, while on trek, visit coffee, tea or cigar leaves plantations or see elephants at work.
After arriving Kalaw, meet local trekking guide and start light 3 days 2 nights trekking to Inle lake.
The cool mountain air, pine forests, beautiful landscape and ethnic minority villages make Shan state the perfect area for trekking. Learn about the traditions of the different ethnic minorities from a local guide while porters take care of transporting the provisions. During this 3-day trekking you will encounter continuously changing scenery.
Transfer from hotel in Kalaw to meeting point by open pick-up truck. Start trekking about 1:30 to Lu Pin, a village inhabited by the Danu tribe. Continue for about 30 minutes to Shar Pin village and a further 25 minutes to Pann Lone Pagoda hill for a picnic lunch.
After lunch continue trekking to Linn Pan village, inhabited by the Pa O minority. Rest at the Pa O village before continuing to Nant Thale. The village where you can visit a local school just before entering the village. In the evening traditional dinner and overnight stay with the friendly monks in the monastery. Accommodation is basic on this tour but it is a unique experience.
Day 6 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Trekking Tours to Nant Thale Village to Htee Tiang Village
After breakfast, resume trekking through the mountains of Shan State. In the morning walk for around an hour and a half passing several villages and old wooden monasteries, breaking for lunch at Htun Gone village. Continue trekking in the afternoon through a stunning area inhabited by farmers and hill tribes for around three and a half hours.
Arrive at the end of the day in Htee Taing village for dinner and overnight at the beautiful wooden Htee Taing Monastery that is also used as a school for young novices.
Day 7 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Inlay lake Adventure Tours
After breakfast at Monastery continue trekking to Inle Lake. In the evening arrive to Inle Lake and board a private motorboat to head out to Inle Lake, one of Myanmar’s most spectacular sights. Pass villages built on stilts over the lake, inhabited by the local InthaNga Hpe Chaung Monastery, which houses dozens of Shan Buddha Images, but is more famous for its unique ‘jumping cats’ who jump through hoops in the air! Continue to Phaung Daw Oo people.
Observe the leg-rowing fishermen and see their floating gardens built up from strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. Visit Pagoda, the lake’s main sanctuary, which contains five sacred Buddha images covered in gold leaf.

Day 8 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Inle Lake Package Tours
Explore the local crafts of Inle Lake with a stop at the weaving village of Inpawkhone and a cheroot factory, where the typical Burmese cigars are made by hand.
If time permits, there may be time to enjoy a short walk through one of the lakeside villages.

Day 9 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Inle Adventure Tours – Indein Package Tours
After breakfast at the hotel, visit to Inde village which is one of the small villages of the Inle Lake located on the western bank of Inle Lake. A Buddha image has enshrined at a whitewashed stupa, which is on the summit of a hill. Below the stupa around the hill are clusters of hundreds of ancient stupas most are ruins overgrown with bushes.
The pagoda hill is quiet and clam. One could feel the pleasant cool breeze with the sweet ring of the bell hanging at the umbrella of the stupa. Mesmerizing view from the pagoda hill release the fatigue and refresh everybody who ascend to the peak. This mysterious place is at the end of the marvellous Indein creek, which connected with Inle Lake just after the Phound Daw OoIndein water is not useful for irrigation also for bathing and washing clothes.
It is compulsory to see Novice Monk, buffaloes boys and village girls wash and swim in the creek. Enjoy the sight seeing of Indein. pagoda. The creek is narrow with many twist and turns. Since the both side are paddy fields you can see the farmer ploughing and harrowing by water buffaloes.
At the lunch time while groups of farmer having lunch the water buffaloes enjoy themselves dipping in the creek. At many places in the creek the farmers dam up the water by bamboo barriers to irrigate the paddy fields.

Day 10 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Inle Lake – Heho – Yangon
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the Heho air-port for flight back to Yangon. After arrive at Yangon, Explore Yangon, enjoy the bustling life of Yangon and its people. Then visit BogyokeAung San Market (former Scott’s Market), where shopper’s favourite place. Then to Chaukhtathgyi Pagoda, 67 meter long the most elegant reclining Buddha.
Overnight Yangon.
Day 11 – Myanmar Trekking Tour In Shan State: Departure from Yangon
Transfer to the Yangon airport for your onward flight to Bangkok.
