This trip starts from Siem Reap with visits at Angkor Watt then flies to Phnom Penh and transfer directly to Sihanoukville to take a beach tour with the rest & recreation and discovering islands nearby. Day 1 – Cambodia Tour Of Angkor Temples & Beach Breaks: Arrival – Siem Reap Sightseeing Tour (-/-/-)

Arrival Siem Reap at noontime, welcomed and transferred to hotel for check-in. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon explore the World Heritage of Angkor Wat Temple with its spectacular architecture until enjoy the Angkor Sunset on the top of Phnom Bakheng.

Angkor Wat (“City Temple”) is a vast temple complex near Siem Reap, about 200 miles from the capital of Phnom Penh in Cambodia. Built in the 12th century by the king of the prosperous Khmer empire, Angkor Wat was built as a royal temple dedicated to a Hindu deity.

Angkor Wat is the best preserved example of Khmer architecture in Cambodia and is so grand in design that some rank it among the seven wonders of the world. It appears on the Cambodian national flag, a very rare instance of a flag incorporating an image of a building.

Day 2 – Cambodia Tour Of Angkor Temples & Beach Breaks: Angkor Package Tours (B/-/D)

Wake very early morning to drive to Angkor Wat for sunrise wonder view. Return to Hotel for Breakfast. Morning visit the site of Angkor Thom with its majestic doors monumen, Temple of Bayon facing the tropical forest, Baphuon and Phimeanakas mountains, Thomason Elephant terrace, Terrace of the Leper King and Ta Prohm temple. Afternoon continue to the Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Ta Som, oriental Mebon, Pre Rup temples. Dinner enjoying Khmer Traditional performance Apsara dancing.

Day 3 – Cambodia Tour Of Angkor Temples & Beach Breaks: Siem Reap – Angkor Watt (B/-/-)

Morning drive to Banteay Srey which is located at 32 km from Siem Reap. Afternoon continue to visit the Grand and Petit Circuits of temples: Prasat Kravan, Banteay Kdei, Sras Sreng, Neak Poan, Eastern Mebon, Pre Rup.

Day 4 – Cambodia Tour Of Angkor Temples & Beach Breaks: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh – Sihanouk Ville (B/-/-)

Transfer to the harbor for a boat excursion to Phnom Penh, arrive Phnom Penh at noon and after lunch overland to the Beach Resort of Sihanouk-Vile, transfer to hotel. After dinner, try the Casino available at the hotel.

Sihanoukville Beach in Cambodia

Sihanoukville province is a small southern province of Cambodia. The capital sits on a peninsula with beaches and tropical islands around. Sihanoukville (also known as Kampong Som or Kampong Saom) was founded in 1964 to be the only deep-water port in whole Cambodia.

It is gradually being redeveloped as a tourist attraction, but despite the promise of massive Malaysian investment – a casino is planned for Naga Island – tourist numbers are still fairly low. Also its nice with sand beaches and several paradise islands have made it popular as a tourist destination.

Enjoy the Beach of real white sand and crystal water, reach to Hawall island for fishing, have seafood lunch served at a seaside bungalow restaurant. Afternoon have an excursion to visit the Ream National Park. Rest of time, you will be at leisure on beach

After breakfast, you will be at leisure on beach for the whole day
Overnight at Seaside hotel.

Day 7 – Cambodia Tour Of Angkor Temples & Beach Breaks: Sihanouk Ville – Phnom Penh (B/-/-)

After breakfast sightsee Sihanouk Ville before overlanding back to Phnom Penh. Lunch in Phnom Penh. In the afternoon, we will keep on exploring the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 prison). This prison was a high school, and used as a prison by Pol Pot’s security forces and became the largest center for detention and torture during the rule of the Khmer Rouge And then a visit to the notorious Killing Fields ” Choeung Ek” 15km southwest of Phnom Penh.

This one is the site of brutal executions of more than 17,000 individuals, most of whom first suffered through interrogations, torture and deprivation in Toul Sleng Prison during Pol Pot regime (From 1975–1979)

Day 8 – Cambodia Tour Of Angkor Temples & Beach Breaks: Phnom Penh -Departure (B/-/-)

In this morning, visit National Museum, it was build in 1917and designed in Khmer style by famed French architect Georges Groslier & Ecole Des Arts. The museum has a good collection of Khmer sculptures dating from the pre-Angkor period (4th centuries) to post-Angkor period (14th centuries).

Then visit Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town, Silver Pagoda, Located within the grounds of the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda is so named because of its floor, which is made up of 5000 silver tiles. After lunch have free time for shopping until transfer to Phnom Penh Airport to depart to your next destination.
